New Sheet
After such a crap week filled with a couple of lovely highs, I walked down a street yesterday called 'The Bright Side' which cheered me up (and considering where the street is thats quite amazing).

Thank sheet this weeks over
This week has had both massive ups and massive downs with no inbetween, its amazing that I'm still even remotely sane.
Thank god that the weather is superb right now and we're going to lots of BBQs and parties this weekend.
Oh, found this thing that I think is really nicely done:

Sheet! Its live!
I've put this page live now its looking halfway decent, still have the comments stuff to format so they still look quite ugly. Sorry about that.
Hopefully theres loads more to come, but when you're working full time, doing freelance work to pay for the wedding AND want to set up a fun blog theres not a lot of time left in the day.

Sheet load of crap
The last two days has pretty much sucked at work, I can only hope that when we move offices in two weeks that things are going to change...
I'm almost there with putting this page into the main design of the site and making this the news page rather than the never updated existing one, although really it shouldn't be called news anymore, but its way too much effort to update the whole site again, especially when I don't actually update it.

Tying the sheet
My days of bachelorhood are now numbered, not that this is a bad thing, I'm really really excited truth be told.
I haven't proposed yet though, the ring is on order and expected soon (it will be a surprise as to where and when though as Jo doesn't know what she's getting or when I'll pot the question), but we have decided that we both want this; albeit we're still wibbling at times and thinking of running out the door when we get people mentioning Mr and Mrs D...
So in March 2005, we'll be getting married, at a beautiful venue called the Hertfordshire Gold and Country Club, the view is absolutely stunning, even with a few golfers being in the way.
Next task is the guest lists, and I think this will be one of the hardest things we have to do in our relationship, as we're limited to 50 people for the day, and can only add another hundred for the evening. Its looking like mission impossible right now, but I'm sure after I've been beaten around a few times we'll come to an amicable solution.
We're doing well though, we've got the photographer, venue, cake, dresses (wedding and bridesmaids) booked, we're still waiting to hear from our best man to see if he's up for doing the job, we sincerely hope so, he's probably the nicest person on this planet we've ever met. Going to dinner on Wednesday with him so fingers crossed.

First Wipe!
Well here's a thing, I never thought I'd be posting to my own blog, its not something that I've thought about doing before, but the new Blogger and lots of my friends talking about updating theirs on regular occaisions has spirited me into trying this crazy thing.
My intention is to use this to post links to favourite wallpapers I find along the way, as well as personal photos, stories, life experiences etc.
